My name is Angela Campbell Harrison
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Visionary, boasting over twenty-five years of thriving success in Mortgage Finance and Lending, my professional journey has been profoundly shaped by an unwavering commitment to excellence and fortified by a steadfast faith in business. Raised in Thonotosassa, FL, I bring twenty-five years of extensive experience from serving as a Senior Processor and Underwriter for esteemed institutions.

As a Co-founder of Heritage Mortgage Company, LLC, from 2017 -2023 , Tampa, FL, a pioneering brokerage firm, I played a pivotal role in its ascent to becoming an industry leader. Branching out independently in September 2023, I further solidified my dedication to providing exceptional service for our clients while fostering an environment to the flourishing of our Mortgage Loan Originators and Staff.
Armed with an Associate of Arts in Accounting, I embark on each endeavor guided by faith and a shared vision of excellence. My ultimate goal transcends mere success in the mortgage industry; it encompasses cultivating a culture wherein every team member realizes their full potential. Steps to get Pre-approve
What is a Mortgage Pre-Approval?
A mortgage pre-approval is a preliminary assessment by our underwriting team that determines how much you may be eligible to borrow for a home loan or refinance loan. This process typically involves submitting the various financial documents listed below to tailor them to your financial circumstance. After reviewing these documents, we will provide a pre-approval letter indicating the maximum loan amount for which you qualify.

Step 3: You are Pre-Approved

After providing us with your supporting documents, you will receive a notification of the status on your loan application by the end of the business day. Once the evaluation is completed, a pre-approval letter will be generated. This letter is provided to your realtor, or a mortgage loan professional will then contact you regarding your refinance needs.
